Booking And Reservation Amendments

Any amendments to confirmed bookings have to be made in writing and will be subject to a £10.00 handling fee and must be received by Advertising Online Ltd at least 96 hours before arrival date during office hours, unless otherwise specified.

Office Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday 09.30am to 12.30pm. Messages received outside of these hours are not valid until the next working day.

Advertising Online Ltd does not accept responsibility for modifications regardless of the circumstances in which the modification is made.

Advertising Online Ltd shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in accommodation, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by the person who has booked the accommodation, or the relevant insurance provider if insured.
