How many room types am I allowed to enter into the system?
You are allowed to enter an unlimited amount of room types.

How long will the booking history remain on the system?
Booking history and customer details will always be available
on the system and will never be removed.

I have a new hotel, can I make it so this hotel can be booked
online?
Simply go to the administrative control panel and create a new
hotel. You will need to enter all details for example phone, fax
and email etc. Make sure you select the "Enabled" check
box otherwise the hotel will not be able to receive online bookings.

How many users can book at the same time?
The booking system has been designed for multiple usage and it
can handle thousands of visitors at the same time. Before the
rooms are booked, a final check is made to ensure the rooms are
still available.
5.
Why does one of my hotels not have any rooms available to book?
Ensure that you have set-up the hotel with room quantities,
tariffs and discounts if they apply. This can be accessed, when
you edit the Hotel details and click on the "Show Rooms"
link.
6. What type of credit cards can be accepted?
You can either accept credit card payments directly online whereby
you need to have your own merchant account. From here you are
able to specify the credit cards you wish to accept. The other
option is that we save the booking credit card details on our
secure server and you can access this information using a SSL
certificate for encryption. You can then process these payments
through your own credit card machine.

What happens if a customer forgets their password?
The customer can either request the password to be sent via
email from your website, or you can manually enter a new password
under the administrative control panel for them.

How can I limit the number of rooms available to book online?
When creating the rooms available for each hotel, you are to
specify the quantity available to book each day.

My partner company has reserved all rooms in my hotel?
For each particular day, you are able to close the number of
rooms available for each room type, meaning that when somebody
tries to book any rooms on that day they will see a message
stating the hotel is fully booked.

Can I change a tariff for a room type on a particular day?
Yes, under the room management system you can adjust the room
tariff, discount and quality for each particular day.

Can I have fax confirmations rather than by email?
Booking confirmations can automatically be faxed and emailed directly
to each hotel.
12.
Can I change the "Child Policy" as it is different
to my policy?
Any text within the booking pages can be modified.
13.
Can a reservation be cancelled online?
Any reservation can be cancelled online. The user is requested
to enter the booking number, their username and password. The
hotels room availability is also automatically updated.

How is the hotel informed of a cancelled room reservation?
The hotel can be informed of a cancellation by email, fax or
SMS. They will be alerted within minutes of the cancellation.
15.
My hotel has different special offers for specific days?
You are able to customise the system so that different special
offers and advertisements appear on certain days or when selecting
specific room types.

Can the booking system be integrated with our office system?
We are able to either integrate our booking system to your own
office based system, or you can use our own office based program,
that gives you detailed reports, booking information, invoicing
and lots more.
17.
Our policy is 48 hours limit. Your demo site shows 24 hours?
This parameter can be changed to suit your hotel policy. Under
the configuration page, you need to change the "Cancel
Limit". This change takes place with immediate effect after
saving.
18.
Can we have additional features within your booking system?
Each booking system we design is taken from our base template.
All hotels have different views on how they would like the system
to work. We customise each section to your requirements, and
are able to build in additional features.
19.
We only have two hotels and a small budget?
We are able to offer you the basic system that allows online
booking confirmations. The system can be run from within our
site to reduce initial costs.
20.
We have one hotel, but no website. Can we use the HRS?
